Our tent frames are made of large diameter 1.75″ dia. seamless extruded 6065 T1 aluminum tube.
The fittings are h/d solid cast aluminum, with beveled sockets for easy fit. The rafters and spreaders on the 12′ x 14′ and 14′ X 16′ are split in half and sleeved, for a smaller handling and shipping size. The legs come complete with PVC plugs, and all parts come in a h/d vinyl duffle type carry bag, c/w zipper and web handles.
