Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exploration Tents is committed to providing high-quality outdoor adventure gear to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing support@explorationtents.com. The RMA number must be included with your returned item.

3. Shipping and Restocking Fees

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged for all returns.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the restocking fee and any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned item.

6. Exclusions

The following items are excluded from our returns policy: custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, and digital products.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@explorationtents.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Returns & Exchange Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications to this policy will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
