SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Exploration Tents. We offer shipping within Canada and the USA, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Expected Delivery Times. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location but are generally within 3-7 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  2. Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to an international address, including any import duties or taxes, and for ensuring the product purchased is acceptable for import under customs law in the relevant country. Exploration Tents can provide estimated shipping times and costs for custom orders not in stock; however, we are not bound by those estimates and they are subject to change.
  3. Shipping Methods. We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, and overnight shipping. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
  4. Payment and Tracking Information. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online.
  5. Shipping Restrictions. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to ship due to shipping restrictions.
  6. International Shipping. Exploration Tents can make arrangements for international shipping on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that customs and customs agents can delay, refuse to process, assess brokerage, lose, or impose unanticipated customs, tax, or duties to international shipments at their discretion. Even perfectly documented shipments can be returned to the warehouse with no reasons indicated. Exploration Tents will not refund or guarantee an international shipment that was lost or returned due to actions taken by customs or customs agents.
  7. Shipping Delays. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, and carrier delays. Exploration Tents is not liable for any claim or consequential loss for any increased cost or delay, including but not limited to costs or delays caused by shipping companies, land transport companies, and also customs and quarantine authorities. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with any applicable customs regulations and to pay any necessary fees or taxes associated with the import of their order.
  8. Changes to Policy. We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications to this policy will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
