The tent fabric is unbleached heavy duty “double fill” marine ( pre-shrunk) army duck, 10.10 oz./yd. Sq., cotton canvas, treated with a dry finish,”sunforger” flame retardant. Water, rot, mold, and mildew resistant coatings, (after treatment weight, approx. 11.5 oz./ yd. Sq.). The fabric meets or exceeds cpai-84 sect. #7, specifications for flame retardancy.

SIERRA INSULATED CANVAS WALL TENT SPECIFICATIONS:
MATERIALS
Outer Cover:
Fabric is bleached heavy duty “double fill” marine ( pre-shrunk) army duck, 10.10 oz./yd. Sq., cotton canvas, treated with a dry finish,”sunforger” flame retardant. Water, rot, mold, and mildew resistant coatings, (after treatment weight, approx. 11.5 oz./ yd. Sq.). The fabric meets or exceeds cpai-84 sect. #7, specifications for flame retardancy.
Insulation:
1” thick, spun bonded polyester fiberfill batting, flame retardant to cpai-84 sect. #7 specs. This fabric will not absorb moisture.
Inner liner:
3.0 oz./ yd.sq.,100% woven polyester, light weight, yet high tenacity fabric, flame retardant to nfpa701 specs. Washable.
* even though the insulated cover is 3 layers of material, it is still breathable, thus helping to eliminate interior condensation and moisture buildup.
Mesh on inner door and window panels are f/r rated, polyfiber insect weave. Perimeter 12” “sodcloth” is h/d 14 weave, f/r poly. Attatchement grommets are #2 solid brass spur.
Fabrication:
All seams are double stitch reinforced, all corner stress points are reinforced with heavy vinyl coated polyester inner wear patches. Ridge and eave grommet strips( for outside frame attachment, and guy lines ), are reinforced with ¼” poly rope sew into the double folded hem. Solid brass #2 spur grommets are integrated in these strips, and around bottom perimeter @ 24” centers for stake down. All zippers are h/d, #10 polycoil, c/w double pull tabs
Doors:
Are large, 6 ½’ x 3’, double panel, with an “insulated” zip up outer canvas privacy panel, and an inside zip up, insect mesh panel. Each panel can be independently rolled up and attached to door top by velcro ties.
A 4” canvas flap covers the zippers to help avoid icing and freeze up.
Windows:
Are 3 piece, 2’ x 3’ construction, with an inside “insulated” canvas privacy panel,(velcro down) an insect mesh center panel,and an outer zippered clear pvc window panel
Stove Pipe Jacks:
Are 18” square, high temp silicon coated fiberglass fabric, with a 6” neoprene ring, reinforced opening, c/w a velcro down “insulated” canvas cover panel.
Bags:
Are h/d 18oz./yd. Pvc coated polyester, c/w solid brass grommetted, draw string top.
Frames & fittings:
Frames are made of large diameter, 1 ¾” o.d x .065 wall, 6061, seamless extruded aluminum tube. Fittings are solid cast aluminum, with machined and beveled sockets. Frames and fittings come complete with a h/d 18 oz./yd. Pvc coated polyester carry bag, c/w reinforced 2” web handles and zippered opening. (duffle bag style)
